Chapter 258 - Constables
NRS 258.240 - Limitation on mileage.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 258.240 (2017)
When any constable serves more than one process in the same cause, not requiring more than one journey from his or her office, the constable shall receive mileage only for the most distant service.
