NRS 255.070 - Deputies: Appointment; oaths.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 255.070 (2017)
The county surveyor may appoint deputy surveyors, who shall severally take and subscribe to the oath of office, and for the faithful performance of whose duties the county surveyor shall be responsible.
