Chapter 255 - County Surveyors
NRS 255.020 - Appointment.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 255.020 (2017)
The board of county commissioners may appoint a county surveyor who serves at the pleasure of the board to perform surveying and such other services for the county as the board determines appropriate.
