Chapter 254 - County Engineers
NRS 254.020 - Qualifications.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 254.020 (2017)
The county engineer must be:
1. A qualified and competent civil engineer.
2. Licensed as a professional engineer by the state board of professional engineers and land surveyors.
