Chapter 246 - County Clerks
NRS 246.100 - Adoption of ordinance.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 246.100 (2017)
A board of county commissioners of a county whose population is 700,000 or more may adopt an ordinance requiring that certificates of marriage be filed in the office of the county clerk.
