NRS 244.412 - “Committee” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 244.412 (2017)
As used in NRS 244.412 to 244.418, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “committee” means an advisory committee on aircraft noise established pursuant to NRS 244.414.
