Chapter 244 - Counties: Government
NRS 244.3673 - Investigation of fires and enforcement of regulations of State Fire Marshal by certain counties.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 244.3673 (2017)
The board of county commissioners of any county whose population is 100,000 or more or which has been converted into a consolidated municipality may provide by ordinance for the investigation of fires in which a death has occurred or which are of a suspicious origin, and for the enforcement of regulations adopted by the State Fire Marshal.
