Chapter 244 - Counties: Government
NRS 244.358 - Ordinance for control of rabies.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 244.358 (2017)
In order to control rabies and to protect the public health and welfare, the board of county commissioners of each county of this state shall enact an ordinance providing for a rabies control program and shall include within the ordinance the requirements established by regulations adopted by the State Board of Health.
