NRS 244.3091 - County commissioners’ exercise of power of eminent domain.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 244.3091 (2017)
The board may, at the request of the commission, exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire real property for recreational, cultural and park purposes.
