Chapter 244 - Counties: Government
NRS 244.3085 - Number and appointment of members.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 244.3085 (2017)
The commission shall be composed of nine members, who shall be appointed by the board from residents of the county at large with reference to their fitness for office.
