Chapter 244 - Counties: Government
NRS 244.3072 - Power of county to create.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 244.3072 (2017)
In addition to the powers elsewhere conferred upon counties, any county, regardless of population, may create a county park and recreation commission in conformity with the procedure prescribed by NRS 244.3073 to 244.30792, inclusive.
