NRS 244.170 - Rewards for apprehension or conviction of defaulting or absconding county or township officers.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 244.170 (2017)
The boards of county commissioners shall have power and jurisdiction in their respective counties to offer and allow rewards for the apprehension or conviction of defaulting or absconding county or township officers.
