Chapter 244 - Counties: Government
NRS 244.010 - Minimum number of county commissioners.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 244.010 (2017)
Except as provided in NRS 244.011, 244.014 and 244.016, each board of county commissioners of the several counties shall consist of three members; and not more than three county commissioners shall be elected or appointed to such office in any county.
