Chapter 237 - Miscellaneous Provisions Applicable to Governmental Entities
NRS 237.350 - “State agency” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 237.350 (2017)
As used in this section and NRS 237.360 and 237.370, the term “state agency” means every public agency, bureau, board, commission, department or division of the Executive Department of State Government.
