Chapter 223 - Governor
NRS 223.535 - “Prescription drug program” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 223.535 (2017)
“Prescription drug program” means a program:
1. Sponsored or conducted by a manufacturer of prescription drugs at no charge; or
2. Offered by the State of Nevada or a political subdivision thereof.
