NRS 218H.090 - “Member of the Legislative Branch” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 218H.090 (2017)
“Member of the Legislative Branch” means any Legislator, any member of the Legislator’s staff or any assistant, employee or other person employed with reference to the legislative duties of the Legislator.
