1. Census tracts 002000, 002201, 002300, 002601, 002810, 002831, 002832, 002834, 002835 and 002836.

2. Census voting districts 3118, 5068 and 5070.

3. In census tract 002403, block 2002.

4. In census tract 002404, blocks 1001, 1002, 1003 and 1005.
