Chapter 213 - Pardons and Paroles; Remissions of Fines and Commutations of Punishments
NRS 213.1094 - Chief: Other employment prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 213.1094 (2017)
The Chief Parole and Probation Officer shall devote his or her entire time and attention to the business of his or her office and shall not pursue any other business or occupation or hold any other office of profit.
