Chapter 209 - Department of Corrections
NRS 209.471 - Offender may be allowed to participate in program beneficial to community.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 209.471 (2017)
The Director, with the approval of the Board, may allow offenders to participate in certain educational, civic and charitable programs in and deemed beneficial to the community in accordance with classification standards and appropriate security measures.
