Chapter 209 - Department of Corrections
NRS 209.4233 - “Program of aftercare” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 209.4233 (2017)
“Program of aftercare” means a program that is established pursuant to NRS 209.4238 to provide continuing treatment to those offenders who successfully complete treatment in a therapeutic community.
