NRS 209.423 - Visits and correspondence between offenders and others.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 209.423 (2017)
Wardens and managers may authorize visits and correspondence between offenders and appropriate friends, relatives, and others under regulations adopted by the Director and approved by the Board.
