Chapter 207 - Miscellaneous Crimes
NRS 207.450 - Criminal forfeiture: Order of forfeiture; protection of property.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 207.450 (2017)
1. Upon entry of a judgment for a violation of NRS 207.400, the court may order the forfeiture of the appropriate property.
2. Upon entry of such an order, the court may:
(a) Enter a restraining order or injunction;
(b) Require the execution of a satisfactory bond;
(c) Appoint a receiver; or
(d) Take any other necessary action,
↪ to protect the interests of the State.
