Chapter 176 - Judgment and Execution
NRS 176.305 - Judgment for imprisonment or fine and imprisonment until satisfied: Commitment and detention.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 176.305 (2017)
If the judgment be imprisonment, or a fine and imprisonment until it is satisfied, the defendant must forthwith be committed to the custody of the proper officer, and detained until the judgment is complied with.
