Chapter 159 - Guardianships
NRS 159.184 - Accounting by certain care providers.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 159.184 (2017)
If a ward resides with a care provider that is an institution or facility, the care provider shall furnish to the guardian an itemized accounting of all financial activity pertaining to the ward:
1. On a quarterly basis; and
2. At any other time, upon the request of the guardian.
