Chapter 159 - Guardianships
NRS 159.156 - Sale of interest in partnership, interest in personal property pledged to ward and choses in action of estate of ward.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 159.156 (2017)
The following interests of the estate of the ward may be sold in the same manner as other personal property:
1. An interest in a partnership;
2. An interest in personal property that has been pledged to the ward; and
3. Choses in action.
