Chapter 159 - Guardianships
NRS 159.018 - “Home state” defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 159.018 (2017)
“Home state” means the state in which the proposed ward was physically present for at least 6 consecutive months, including any temporary absence from the state, immediately before the filing of a petition for the appointment of a guardian.
