Chapter 111 - Estates in Property; Conveyancing and Recording
NRS 111.733 - “Register in beneficiary form” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 111.733 (2017)
“Register in beneficiary form” means to title an account record, certificate or other written instrument evidencing ownership of property in the name of the owner followed by a transfer-on-death direction as described in NRS 111.771 and the designation of a beneficiary.
