NRS 111.063 - Tenancy in common: Creation.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 111.063 (2017)
Tenancy in common in real or personal property may be created by a single conveyance from a husband and wife holding title as joint tenants to themselves, or to themselves and others, or to one of them and others, when such conveyance expressly declares that the grantees thereunder are tenants in common.
