NRS 706.1518 - Authority: Biennial report; records open to public.
NV Rev Stat § 706.1518 (2015) What's This?
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 706.1725, the Authority shall make and publish biennial reports showing its proceedings. All biennial reports, records, proceedings, papers and files of the Authority must be open at all reasonable times to the public.
