NRS 706.132 - “Towing services” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 706.132 (2015) What's This?
“Towing services” includes the process of towing a vehicle, the storage of that vehicle, the storage of items found in that vehicle and the process of preparing and satisfying any liens against that vehicle to which the operator is entitled.
