Chapter 701B - Renewable Energy Programs
NRS 701B.007 - Applications to participate in renewable energy programs: False or misleading statements prohibited. [Effective through December 31, 2025.]
NV Rev Stat § 701B.007 (2015) What's This?
A person who submits an application to a utility pursuant to this chapter shall not make any false or misleading statement in the application or in any material which is required to be submitted with the application. As used in this section, “utility” means a public utility that supplies electricity or natural gas in this State.
