NRS 692C.075 - “Involved insurer” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 692C.075 (2015) What's This?
“Involved insurer” includes an insurer that:
1. Acquires a person or is acquired by a person;
2. Is affiliated with an insurer that acquires a person or is acquired by a person; or
3. Is the result of a merger.
