NRS 692A.070 - “Title insurer” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 692A.070 (2015) What's This?
“Title insurer” means a company organized under the laws of this state for the purpose of transacting as insurer the business of title insurance and any foreign or alien company licensed to transact business as an insurer engaged in title insurance.
