NRS 686A.340 - Engaging in business of company without license prohibited.

NV Rev Stat § 686A.340 (2015) What's This?

Except as provided in NRS 686A.350, a person shall not engage in the business of a company or hold himself or herself out as a company without first having received a license from the Commissioner to engage in the business of a company.
