NRS 669.2845 - Revocation of license; notice and hearing required.
NV Rev Stat § 669.2845 (2015) What's This?
If the Commissioner finds that probable cause for revocation of any license exists and that enforcement of the provisions of this chapter requires immediate suspension of a license pending investigation, the Commissioner may, upon 5 days’ written notice and a hearing, enter an order suspending a license for a period not exceeding 20 days, pending a hearing upon the revocation.
