NRS 657.160 - “Financial institution” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 657.160 (2015) What's This?
“Financial institution” means a depository institution or any other institution regulated pursuant to this title. The term includes, without limitation, a holding company, affiliate or subsidiary of such an institution.
