NV Rev Stat § 647.020 (2015) What's This?
Every junk dealer shall at all times keep conspicuously posted in his or her office or place of business a description of and the amount of hides and junk purchased by the junk dealer each day, together with the names and addresses of the persons from whom the purchases were made.
