Chapter 644 - Cosmetology
NRS 644.365 - Practice of cosmetology by certain licensed cosmetologists.

NV Rev Stat § 644.365 (2015) What's This?

Cosmetology may be practiced in a cosmetological establishment by licensed cosmetologists who are:

1. Employees of the owner of the enterprise; or

2. Lessees of space from the owner of the enterprise.
