NV Rev Stat § 644.060 (2015) What's This?
The members of the Board shall annually elect a President, a Vice President, a Treasurer and a Secretary from among their number. The members may assign the duties of the Treasurer and the Secretary to one person who shall be Treasurer and Secretary.
