NRS 641A.280 - Reinstatement of license after lapse.
NV Rev Stat § 641A.280 (2015) What's This?
After a license has lapsed continuously for 5 years, a person applying for reinstatement of a license must reapply under the laws and regulations in effect at the time of application.
