NRS 641A.130 - Meetings; quorum.
NV Rev Stat § 641A.130 (2015) What's This?
The Board shall meet at least once every 6 months at a time and place fixed by the Board. The Board shall hold a special meeting upon a call of the President or upon a request by a majority of the members. Five members of the Board constitute a quorum.
