NRS 640E.310 - Subpoenas; oaths.
NV Rev Stat § 640E.310 (2015) What's This?
The Board may:
1. Issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers and documents; and
2. Administer oaths when taking testimony in any matter relating to the duties of the Board.
