NRS 640E.230 - Issuance of license to qualified applicants.
NV Rev Stat § 640E.230 (2015) What's This?
The Board shall act upon an application for a license submitted pursuant to this chapter without unnecessary delay. If an applicant is found qualified, the applicant must be issued a license to engage in the practice of dietetics.
