NRS 640E.040 - “Licensed dietitian” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 640E.040 (2015) What's This?
“Licensed dietitian” means a person licensed pursuant to this chapter to engage in the practice of dietetics or to provide nutrition services, including, without limitation, medical nutrition therapy.
