NRS 62B.260 - “Licensing authority” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 62B.260 (2015) What's This?
As used in NRS 62B.260 to 62B.280, inclusive, “licensing authority” means the governmental entity which licenses and regulates a private institution to which a juvenile court commits a child, including without limitation, a facility for the detention of children.
