NRS 598.915 - Waiver of statutory rights is void. [Effective July 1, 2015.]

NV Rev Stat § 598.915 (2015) What's This?

Any waiver by the buyer of the provisions of NRS 598.840 to 598.930, inclusive, is contrary to public policy and void.
