NRS 598.132 - “Advertiser” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 598.132 (2015) What's This?
“Advertiser” means any person who is engaged in the business of promotion, marketing or sale of merchandise at retail and who places, either directly or indirectly, an advertisement before the public.
