Chapter 574 - Cruelty to Animals: Prevention and Penalties
NRS 574.280 - “Kennel” defined.

NV Rev Stat § 574.280 (2015) What's This?

“Kennel” means a place where at least 10 dogs of not less than 6 months of age are kept, harbored or maintained for:

1. Boarding;

2. Training; or

3. Breeding for sale to a retailer or dealer.
