NRS 490.024 - “Consignee” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 490.024 (2015) What's This?
“Consignee” means any person licensed pursuant to this chapter to sell or lease off-highway vehicles or any person who holds himself or herself out as being in the business of selling, leasing or consigning off-highway vehicles.
