NRS 451.470 - Disposal of remains after use.

NV Rev Stat § 451.470 (2015) What's This?

At any time any body, or part of any body accepted by the Committee, has been used and deemed of no further value to medical or dental science, the person having charge of such body or parts of such body shall dispose of the remains by cremation or as otherwise specified under prior mutually agreed special conditions of acceptance.
